The Theatre workshop is curated for participants seeking an introduction to acting or those looking to enhance their public presence through presentations, speeches, or in leadership roles. The workshop, through carefully designed exercises, gets participants to break through their physical resistance, improve vocal skills and unlock mental blocks. It offers practical tools to help participants build confidence and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Stage presence is a bonus.

The workshop is structured as 12 sessions, each lasting up to 180 minutes. Each session will focus on one or more of the following modules:
Each session includes a set of exercises targeting one or more of these skill areas, allowing participants to explore different facets of their own faculties. Sessions will begin with a warm-up activity aligned with the day's focus, ensuring a smooth transition into the core exercises. The aim is to help participants improve their public presence and create a lasting impact in any performance or presentation setting.
