Teacher training workshop is an essential part of BLT’s Theatre-in-Education (TiE) program, which seeks to empower and equip teachers, for effective communication, and in integrating theatre techniques in child-centric classroom practices and curriculum frameworks. The duration of these workshops is a minimum of 3 days, with about 6 hours of experiential training per day.

Workshop Structure

The workshop is designed to enable the participants to absorb the essence of a variety of theatre exercises, analyse through group discussions and to effectively apply and integrate their learning in lesson planning, to meet the desired learning objectives.
